DETAIL
NOTE
A champagne-colored citrine cathedral-shaped recrystallized quartz.
The detached surfaces have also formed cathedral-like structures through self-healing.
One is astonished by its vigorous growth, like a plant striving to grow and extend skyward, resembling the long, tall pipes of a pipe organ within a grand cathedral.
I believe that cathedrals and elestials originally take on their forms due to their immense growth potential, but seeing such intense branching as in this specimen truly makes one appreciate the power of cathedral quartz anew.
Since it extends at both ends, it can also be called a double-terminated quartz with multiple terminations.
Due to the influence of inclusions, the surface has a faint milky white luster and a silky soft feel.
It is a gentle crystal that evokes the tenderness of Mary.
In the focused image of the recrystallized area, small record keepers/trigonic formations can be seen.
Our citrine is sourced from trusted local suppliers, and we select untreated specimens.
