Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or if the wrong item was sent due to our error.
If this occurs, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with all original packaging and included materials.
Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted.
Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
