DETAIL
NOTE
A twin point featuring a bridge crystal growing from the main crystal, along with companion points and numerous smaller crystals.
At the lower part, a point extending horizontally has penetrated into the main crystal, forming a cross.
The crossing crystal has developed terminal faces at its base, giving it the appearance of a double-terminated crystal.
At first glance this quartz appears quite spectacular, as it combines many features — a twin, a companion, a penetrating cross, bridge formations, and a double-terminated crystal.
One of the prism faces shows a large key that has self-healed.
Although part of the top shows a natural abrasion, faint trigonic markings can be seen on terminal faces.
The surface has a rich, oily luster with strong brilliance, and colorful internal rainbows shimmer within — a Devic Temple presence.
With so many remarkable features, it truly reflects the extraordinary nature of Miyazaki quartz.
Crystals with many formations seem to possess a stronger presence — stimulating the imagination and perhaps even guiding the mind.
The cluster grows like fingers extending outward, and in some angles, the crystals spread like feathers, giving the impression of wings.
When I first opened my shop, I introduced Miyazaki quartz. I was deeply moved by its beauty, yet it was extremely difficult to obtain due to the lack of established distribution.
Several years have passed, and with the emergence of the Miyazaki quartz name as a recognized origin, it has become available once more.
Because of its very limited production and the uncertainty of future yields — and because it comes from a land associated with the myth of the Heavenly Descent — it is highly valued.
Yet the emergence of such distinctive forms and mystical presences suggests that this land itself is truly special.
These crystals are hand-mined deep within the forests of Miyazaki Prefecture.
A certificate of origin issued by the miner will be enclosed.
